I was planning to bake blueberry cheesecake today, unfortunately, I was not able to find blueberry in the grocery. Originally, I planned to make Cherry Cheesecake but Chef kept insisting of using peaches. So here's my Peach-Cherry Cheesecake. Made this cheesecake not too sweet. And for the first time, used cream cheese spread, hope the taste would not change much
