Eto siguro un most unexpected day namin... We have a family friend working in Caloocan City hall. Called her days before, kung ano yung mga requirement na kailangan for the license. She replied through text the next day:
Requirements for Marriage Licence..
1. Cedula,
2. Birth Certificate (photocopy will do); and
3. Certificate of attendance to the Family Planning/Marriage Seminar.
First thing we did was to acquire cedula... and NO pila at all!!! Got our cedula agad!! Tinanong lang ng cashier kung ano ang purpose ng pagkuha ng cedula, hiningan kami ng P20, (P10/each) then, un na!!! may cedula na kami... (nakapagtataka lang un nakalagay sa cedula we paid P6 total amount)
Next, Fill up the Application form for Marriage License sa Civil Registry Department (CRD).. again NO PILA!! Filled up the form twice pa nga (while H2b photocopied our cedula), dahil mali un nasulat ko sa mother's name.. hindi daw kasi pareho na nakalagay sa birth certificate, hehe.. dapat pala Mother's Maiden Name.
They scheduled us for the seminar. (Family planning Seminar is every MWF after lunch.)
Our license will be ready after 10 days.
Wala pang isang oras!!! Di pa namin kailangan mag-leave sa work.

Just Sending an Update para mas claro ang details for kung panu mag file for marriage license. for Ages of 31M and 25F
1. Need mo lang Resident ka sa caloocan.
2. Present Valid ID either kahit sinu senyo dalwa resident. (sa window 3 ang filing ng marriage license) tatanungin lang kung me requirments kana
• Cenomar (NSO Copy)
• Birth Certificate (NSO Copy)
• Fill Up Application form 2 copies both kayo dapat andun to file.
• 80 pesos to be paid sa tresury
• 100 pesos for notary
Note: Need nyo ipa Photo copy ang cenomar and Birth Certificate Nyo kung pra meron parin kayong copy ng Original NSO copy nyo. Okay lang! kung wala naman problema senyo na iwan copy ng NSO Cenomar at Birthcertificate oks lang.
Dapat dalwa kayo andun para pumirma ng application form after nyo isubmit yun pipirma kayo both sa log book nila.
3. Pag punta nyo ng munispyo punta kayo bandang kaliwa pababa un pag baba nyo me building sa kaliwa akyat kayo 2nd floor. dun office ng LCR. window 3 marriage license (WALANG PILA) ask nyo lang requirements and form.
Bibigyan kayo ng papel ppuntahin sa harap ng munisipyo for biling 80 Pesos (sa Treasury). then balik kayo dun sa pinagfilan nyo ng marriage license form at ibigay ang resibo.
Sisingilin kayo ng 100 for notary fee. pero wala resibo ibibigay.
Then bibigyan kayo ng papel for Seminar at nakalagay dun ang date kung kelan ma claim yung License. PERO need nyo secure yung attendance nyo for seminar.

MWF ang seminar 12:30 and schedule so bago pa kayo bumalik para kunin ang license need nyo umatend ng seminar para bigyan kayo ng certificate. na Dadalin nyo sa date kung kelan makukuha ang marriage license.
magdala daw kayo(kayo since mag seseminar palang kami this friday) ng 50 pesos pag balik at claim yung license kasama ung attendance certificate from seminar.
send update nalang ako kung me babayaran pa sa seminar after this friday.

nag punta kami sa me bandang likod right side ng caloocan city hall. Health Department ata yun nakalimutan kona? then binigay ang maliit na form na binigay from application ng marriage license from local civil registrar(left side building pababa from city hall of caloocan) after nun me binigay samin na need bayaran na 50 pesos para sa seminar.
50Pesos for Seminar then after maka bayad lahat.
seminar will talk about family planning etc.
then wait nyo napo ma print ang mga names nyo at seminar certification.
Then thats it!
balik na kayo sa day na naka schedule dun sa maliit na papel na binigay for your release of marriage license.
again pag kukunin nyo na ang license mag bibigay kayo ng 50 pesos. not sure para saan un wala kc resibo binigay.
then that easy filing for marriage license.
NOTE: DOUBLE CHECK Nyo lahat ng names nanaka type sa mga license at dung sa seminar certification bago kayo umalis. para mapa correct nyo!
WARRING: They are poor of quality when it comes to typing names. pati sa resibo so double check nyo sya!
bumalik lang ako dito sa blog na to ginoogle ko lang ulit para magkaroon ng liwanag at hindi ma takot nag mag process ng legal at walang need na para mag pa process sa iba ng marriage license.

Hi just wanna ask Kung may kilala kng Pwede marecommend na judge from hall of justice from north Caloocan. Kc we already had our seminar at all then marerelease n Yung marriage license nmin by may 28 yet we didn't have the judge to do the ceremony. Yung legitimate na judge please. Kc sa labas ng cityhall mostly daw fixer. Ntatakot kmi.thanks sa reply
